Unfortunately, we will not live forever.  Sometimes death occurs unexpectedly. Remember the parents who died on 9/11 and patients who died of Covid-19.

Recording our life legacy videos is best done while still healthy. Given a long life, a new chapter can be added.

Too many family members are left with the last voice mail as the last audio recording of their loved one’s voice. 

Grieving the loss of a loved one changes over time but never goes away. We try to focus our thoughts on our happy times together. 

Many family members regret not asking questions about their loved ones’ past or not having written down the answers. That does not need to be the case for your family.

There were stay-at-home orders, people were dying in the hospital alone, students switched overnight to online education, free food lines were long and stress was rampant.
