Video is a great vehicle for capturing a person’s facial expressions, the sound of their voice, etc. Some people are uncomfortable with being videotaped and/or in photos of themselves (selfies). Hence this option for a downloadable fillable journal is preferable for many. It also provides an opportunity for more editing in the answers to the over 500+ questions/memory prompts.
We intentionally did not choose to create a printed hard copy because younger generations are all in on digital. Cursive may not be decipherable by future generations.
